Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and effective lectures, lab sessions chemistry subject content to align updated with the latest developments and accreditation requirements. • Publish research papers in reputed journals, conferences and guide students in academic research projects, internships, and dissertations. • Engage in departmental and institutional activities, including committee work, accreditation, and industry visits/ industry consultancy/ industrial tour. • Assist in preparing documents for ISO/NBA/NAAC/NIRF ranking etc. Desired Candidate Profile • M.Sc, Mphil (Chemistry) with Ph.D or a related field from a recognized institution. • Minimum 8 years of teaching / research experience in relevant subjects and Minimum 7 research publications in peer reviewed or UGC-listed Journals. • Good in fundamentals, and, passion for teaching and research work, besides being a good team player • Must have clarity of expression; written and oral communication skills. • Must have a good track record in academics and have passion for teaching.
