Key Responsibilities • Maintain organized laboratory equipment, keep the inventory of chemicals well-stocked and calibrated, clean the laboratory instruments regularly, and be ready for practical sessions. • Monitor and enforce proper usage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed in the lab • Maintain accurate records of laboratory experiments, equipment usages and document any damaged or malfunctioning equipment for repairs or replacement. • Assist teachers and students during experiments by providing guidance and technical support and demonstrate proper usage of lab equipment when required. Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or a related field. • Prior 2 experience as a lab assistant or technician is preferred. • Strong understanding of basic chemistry concepts and laboratory techniques. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing experiments. • Good communication and teamwork skills to assist students and teachers effectively. • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
