Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver clear learning objectives for students and ensure clarity, understanding, and the development of skills to meet the curriculum requirements (Classes 11th and 12th). • Implement various teaching methodologies and offer individual guidance, support to encourage the students to prepare board exams, competitive exams, and other academic assessments. • Guide students in projects, subject and practical assignments related activities and evaluate student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and presentations, and provide constructive feedback. • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, academic achievements and challenges. • Stay updated with the latest developments in the subject and curriculum changes. • Participate in school events, workshops, and staff meetings and professional development sessions.
