Key Responsibilities • Analyze, implement the business and technical requirements to design scalable and secure systems and maintain, upgrade the existing systems, including software and hardware components. • Monitor system performance, security, and capacity to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and apply updates and patches to keep systems secure and current. • Ensure IT security policies and respond to security incidents to manage antivirus, firewall, and other security systems through regular updates and adherence to security best practices. • Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans, regularly testing procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
