This role includes assisting with daily living skills, community activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Weekend staff play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and quality support. Employees must be able and willing to drive and transport members when needed as part of their job duties • Ability to obtain or maintain: • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card • CPR/First Aid • Article 9 • Prevention & Support (if required) • Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Dependable and able to work scheduled weekend shifts consistently
