Participate in architecture and design discussions; review and guide technical decisions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing practices, and security requirements. Own sprint execution, delivery commitments, and release readiness. People & Team Management Mentor, coach, and support engineers in technical and career development. Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and continuous feedback. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence. Product Collaboration Work closely with Product Owners to translate product requirements into executable plans. Support backlog grooming, estimation, and sprint planning activities.
