Location: Hybrid – Leesburg, VA (minimum 2x/month onsite) Employment: W2 hourly, non-benefited Reports To: Chief of Staff Position Overview We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to support corporate operations within a growing IT federal contracting firm. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed for a business-minded, strategic thinker who can contribute immediately. To be successful in this role, candidates must be self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and operates with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You will oversee and support operations across multiple departments, manage a team of approximately 15–20 employees, and partner directly with executive leadership to ensure business continuity, efficiency, and scalability.
