Job title: Campaign Management / Email Marketing Department: Global, Enago Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: • Design and Implement drip campaigns via Sales CRM (HubSpot). Reaching out to targeted customers through blast emails, drip campaigns, LinkedIn & other similar outreach activities. • Coordinating and planning for various email-marketing activities for lead generation and existing/potential client engagement activities. • Manage the end-to-end process of new landing pages creation for new B2B’s (publishers / universities). Work with relevant regional stakeholders to create an effective engagement plan for existing / new customers. • Drafting content for cold emails, follow-ups emails, drip campaign workflow and execution, linkedIn campaigns for new lead generation. • Checking out Email campaign performance and amplify opens & clicks. • Maintain competitor knowledge to create and adjust email campaign strategies / engagement activities. • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding Enago’s Services and key product differentiation to enable effective dialogue with customers and to build relationships of trust and value. • Reporting Performance, maintaining sales CRM and sharing vital insights on overall campaign / engagement performance. • Reporting to the Sales Manager and updating on lead status, ongoing interested situations, and conversations with customers. • Understand customer needs and requirements. Coordinate with other teams to provide excellent service to customer in terms of B2B marketing engagement initiatives. Coordinating with the Marketing, EA, CS teams for various customer engagement activities / promotional campaigns etc. • Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas for E-Meetings. Skills Required: • Experience in drip campaign management and digital marketing engagement activities. • Knowledge of email marketing and social selling. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and sales CRM such as HubSpot. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to research, understand the market and help acquire new business via various activities. • Excellent Negotiation skills, Relationship building, Target and Revenue driven mindset.
