Job Requirements: • 1-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Salesforce, SAP, and ERP roles. • Strong understanding of the technical skills required for these positions. • Excellent sourcing and networking abilities. • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
