We are seeking a visionary leader to champion two cornerstone programs ,our bereavement and volunteer services ,while overseeing our Dementia Care Program, part of CMS’s GUIDE Model to support people living with dementia and their caregivers. The Opportunity We’re looking for a rare leader, equal parts compassionate clinician, skilled program manager and innovative builder. Key Responsibilities • Bereavement Services: Lead our grief support programming, ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families. • Volunteer Program Oversight: Recruit, train, and inspire a network of volunteers, creating a culture of service and engagement. • Dementia Care Program Leadership: Implement and grow our GUIDE Model initiative, collaborating with internal teams, external partners and community stakeholders. • Program Development & Expansion: Evaluate needs, develop resources, track outcomes and adjust strategies for ongoing growth. • Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire cross-functional teams, mentor staff and volunteers and champion our mission in the community.
