Description Crystal Creek Dental is looking for an experienced Orthodontic RDA to join our team. What You Will Do • Assist the orthodontist chairside during exams, bonding, adjustments, and other ortho procedures • Place and remove brackets, bands, and wires under doctor supervision • Take and process digital X-rays, photos, and intraoral scans • Take impressions and assist with Invisalign and aligner fittings • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care during treatment • Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory • Assist with scheduling, chart documentation, and maintaining accurate patient records • Support the front office team as needed to ensure smooth patient flow • Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance standards What We Are Looking For • Active Texas RDA license required • Minimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required • Hands-on experience with bonding, adjustments, and debanding • Familiarity with digital scanning and Invisalign preferred • Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills • Dependable, professional, and a true team player • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, patient-centered environment What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Health and vision insurance • Paid time off (PTO) • Paid holidays • Full-time schedule • Supportive, team-first work culture • Growth opportunities within a multi-location dental organization
