Description • Review lockbox for incoming wires and checks for both MES • Review Celigo Lockbox imports for accurate posting to customer accounts • Research problems and resolve timely • Reconcile cash and credit card deposits to Netsuite reports and bank deposits • Respond to branch inquiries • Respond to customer inquiries • Process customer refunds • Process non-municipal requests for credit • Process Non AR Journal Entries • Process Customer Transfer requests • Assist in account collections • Other special projects as needed Requirements • Very friendly and welcoming demeanor • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) • Superior organization skills; attention to detail and accuracy a MUST • Problem solving and analytical ability • Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards • Able to handle difficult customers/vendors with diplomacy and tact • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities • Deliver superior customer service • Ability to work well in a team environment • Able to perform basic business math (profit margin, etc) • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check • Must possess a high school diploma
