What You’ll Do • Provide daily, hands-on leadership to the operations team ensuring safe, on-time, and efficient service. • Partner with the Station Leader to manage staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, fleet readiness, and daily dispatch operations. • Lead and motivate large teams of drivers and dispatchers to deliver “Raving Fan” service to airline clients. • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and client satisfaction metrics to ensure operational excellence. • Drive recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives to build high-performing teams. • Uphold company safety, attendance, and communication policies at all times. • Manage and track vehicle maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation.
