As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to help assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. Requirements Education: • Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant program from an accredited college or university Licensure: • State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant Experience: • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant Skills: • Strong knowledge and application of speech therapy techniques and strategies • Experience in providing therapy to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Population: • Experience working with pediatrics is preferred, but not required Work Schedule: • Full-time, Monday to Friday Work Setting: • In-person Benefits • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Referral program • Vision insurance
