Description Job Summary: The Pittsburgh Field Club is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently. • Provide menu recommendations and offer information about specials and promotions. • Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation. • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests. • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items or assistance. • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. Requirements Requirements: • Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. • Must be 16 years or older.
