Description Position Title: The Only Facial Store Manager Job Type: Full Time Reports To: Owner FLSA Status: Exempt Work Location: On-Site Job Overview: As The Only Facial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facial spa, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while managing staff and financial performance. You will lead a team of aestheticians and support staff, promote services, and maintain a relaxing and welcoming environment for our clients and team members.
