Requirements What You’ll Do: • Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning • Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans • Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas) • Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere Who We’re Looking For: • Licensed Esthetician (required) • People who connect immediately with others • Passion for skincare and continued learning • Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!
