What You’ll Do as an LPN: • Assist with physical assessments and collect lab specimens. • Administer medications and basic treatments as prescribed. • Support providers with exams, procedures, and minor clinical tasks. • Educate patients on wellness practices and clearly communicate physician instructions. • Ensure safety and compliance with infection control and confidentiality standards. • Accurately chart assessments, interventions, and test results in Athena (EMR) Requirements • Graduation from an accredited nursing program. • Active LPN license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one). • At least 1 year of nursing experience; clinic or community health experience a plus. • Proficiency in blood draws and medication dosage calculation. • A calm, confident presence and the ability to act in emergencies.
