• Manage overall pickup operations and ensure SLA compliance across service regions • Monitor and improve customer pickup timeliness and operational performance • Oversee driver dispatch operations and optimize daily routing efficiency • Coordinate pickup operations for key accounts and large-volume customers • Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions and service failures • Analyze pickup operational costs and implement cost control initiatives • Optimize pickup routes and dispatch planning to improve efficiency and service levels • Monitor pickup KPIs, including on-time pickup rate, route utilization, service quality, and operational productivity • Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams • Develop operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth • Support peak season pickup capacity planning and operational contingency management Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, dispatch management, or pickup operations • Strong understanding of logistics routing, dispatch processes, and customer service operations • Experience managing operational KPIs and process improvement initiatives • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment • Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools • Bilingual in Mandarin and English Benefits • Pay Range 70k-95k • 7 PTO days • 5 Paid Sick Leave Days • 6 Paid Holidays • 401K • Medical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD/LTD
