Position Details • Location: Corporate Office in Northbrook, IL • Schedule: Full-time, including weekends when needed • Compensation: $115,000 -$145,000 based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities • Under the guidance of the SVP of Operations, you will on continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations. • Define and track KPIs performance, patient experience, and business team productivity • Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows • Collaborating with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations • Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency • Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets • Additional duties as assigned Requirements • 7+ years in multi-site healthcare operations (ambulatory, urgent care, or outpatient preferred) • Strong command of compliance, risk mitigation, and field team leadership • Experience leading managers across regions or states • Operational mindset with comfort in data, dashboards, and scaling processes Benefits • PTO • Health • Dental • Vision • 401k
