Description The Role:This position is for someone who has managerial and hands on skills and who has the ability to hire, supervise and direct Handypersons and contractors at a high-end social club and residential community. Job specifications Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to oversee the repairs and maintenance of: • Flooring • Carpeting • Painting • Plastering • Drywall • Wall coverings • Appliances • Windows • Doors • Electrical • Plumbing • HVAC • Porter Maintenance • Record keeping Schedule:· Monday – Friday Salary and Benefits:· $90,000.00 This position will require the capability to perform front-of-house client/contractor liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above-outlined topics to best serve the client in a high-end social club and residential community in midtown Manhattan, NY.
