Description Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. Preferred qualifications include 2- 8 years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah. Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense. You’ll gain hands-on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development. Requirements Attorney - Civil Litigation • Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah; required • A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files; • Excellent communication and analytical skills; • Exceptional research and writing skills; • Interest in marketing and client development; • Trial experience preferred; and • Ability to travel.
