Description Community Associates is seeking substitute staff to provide support to people with developmental disabilities in the community as well as residential settings. You need to be able to assist people with various needs with compassion and patience in all circumstances. What we particularly appreciate in our substitute staff are: good judgment, good mentoring skills, and an ability to connect and forge a respectful relationship. Day time, evening, and weekend hours available. You will set your own schedule, and work as much or little as you want.
