Responsibilities • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, electrical systems, and hydraulic components. • Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections on commercial trucks and equipment. • Complete DOT inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards. • Use diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues. • Maintain accurate repair records and work orders. • Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. • Tons of work with lift kits and accessorizing vehicles. Requirements Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of diesel mechanic experience (more experience preferred). • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. • Experience working on medium- and heavy-duty trucks. • Knowledge of diesel engines, emissions systems, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC systems. • Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus. • ASE certifications are preferred but not required. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment. • Factory training available
