Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Middle School Boys Head Basketball Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching our Middle School boys basketball team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball program for the Middle School team • Plan and lead daily practices and game-day strategies • Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players to help them improve their skills • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff • Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games • Attend all team meetings, practices, and games If you are passionate about basketball and have a desire to help young athletes develop their skills and achieve their goals, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Head Basketball Coach.
