We take flavor seriously…everything else, not so much. We’re looking for a Bartender who commands the bar, connects with guests, and brings the energy. THE GIG (AKA WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING) • Own the bar experience — setting the tone, building the vibe, and guiding guests from first hello to final goodbye • Balance craft, speed, and personality with ease, even when the bar is packed and the energy is high • Build real rapport with guests, making the bar feel personal, welcoming, and alive • Execute service with precision — using the POS accurately, following steps of service, and ensuring proper glassware, setup, and presentation • Know the menu inside and out — food, beer, wine, cocktails — and stay curious about learning more • Keep the bar clean, organized, and service-ready; execute opening, closing, and restocking with purpose; support all service channels; communicate guest feedback; serve alcohol responsibly; jump in where needed; and show up sharp and professional for nights, weekends, and holidays THIS ROLE IS A GREAT FIT IF… • You love being behind the bar and in the middle of the action • You know how to read a room and connect with people fast • You care about the details — the pour, the glass, the moment • You stay cool under pressure and move with confidence • You believe great bartending is part skill, part hospitality, part instinct • You thrive in loud, busy, high-energy environments • You have full time availability, this includes Sundays and Mondays Requirements LET’S SET EXPECTATIONS (IN A GOOD WAY) This is a high-energy restaurant where the pace is constant, the room stays lively, and the floor never really slows down.
