Requirements What We're Looking For • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred — but entry-level candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply (training provided!) • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Strong attention to quality and safety • Ability to work in multiple shop areas • Ability to pass drug screen and background check Physical Requirements • Continuous standing and movement throughout shift • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs • Comfortable working in hot and cold shop conditions
