With over 74 years serving families all over Mississippi, we're looking for people who love helping customers find the right appliances, furniture, bedding, and electronics for their homes. Responsibilities • Greet and engage customers on the sales floor • Learn and confidently present product features across appliances, furniture, bedding, and electronics • Guide customers to the right solutions for their needs and budget • Process sales transactions • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business • Stay current on promotions, financing options, and new product lines Requirements Qualifications • Prior sales experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A customer-first attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals • Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends • Basic computer and point of sale system skills Pay and Benefits • Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities • Estimated first year earnings range from $50,000 to $75,000 • Medical, Dental and Vision • Employer contributing HSA • Health benefits • Matching 401k • Short term and long term disability • Life Insurance • Additional Voluntary Benefits • Paid time off
