This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Requirements • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant educational program • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice • Current CPR certification • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
