You'll train new clients, inspect contractor performance, handle client requests and complaints, and help grow our service offerings. What you'll do: • Manage strong, lasting relationships with assigned clients and contractors. • Develop tailored service strategies to fit each client's unique requirements. • Negotiate contracts for additional services and coordinate logistics and staffing. • Perform quality inspections and follow up to maintain high client satisfaction. • Supervise Night Managers to ensure services are executed flawlessly. • Coordinate supplies procurement and promote additional sales opportunities. • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the operations team to resolve any issues promptly. • Utilize CRM tools to track client activities and schedule tasks efficiently. • Keep all client service documentation up to date and accurate.
