Key Responsibilities: • Advanced Personal Care: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, and nutrition/meal prep. • Specialized Memory & Palliative Care: Provide tailored support for clients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and those under Hospice care. • Home Support & Companionship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment through light housekeeping, hourly care, and meaningful engagement. • Client Transportation: Escort clients safely to medical appointments, errands, and outings. Qualifications & Requirements: • Prior professional experience in senior care or specialized memory care required. • Strong communication skills and a passionate, dependable work ethic. • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance. Requirements • Assisting with activities of daily living and dementia care • Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100–150 lbs) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED • Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included) • Must have a smartphone with internet access Benefits Cheer Offers: • Hourly Rate: $23 to $27, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more. • Weekly Payments • Flexible Schedule: Full-time or part-time, based on your availability and travel preferences • Holiday Pay: Time and a half • Training and Ongoing Support • Continuous support from our office team is available 24/7 to treat you with dignity, respect, and provide assistance whenever needed.
