We provide services to our patients in their homes, in the community and at our therapy centers. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve independence and self-sufficiency in their daily lives by working on cognitive and behavioral skills. Responsibilities: • Provide direct support to individuals with Brain Injuries in their homes, out in the community, or at our therapy centers. • Implement personalized care to cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual. • Accurately collect and record behavioral data • Apply strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors and promote positive alternatives, ensuring interventions are ethically and effectively implemented. • Maintain accurate client records and progress notes. • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes social and emotional growth. Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends are allowed but not necessary • No night shifts Requirements Qualifications & Competencies: • Empathy, active listening, motivational support and, problem-solving skills • Organizational capability • Strong interpersonal communication skills • DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION • Valid Driver's License • Valid Car insurance Experience: • Caregiving: 1+ year or related field • RBT Cert. (preferred) • Previous experience with BI patents (preferred) • Associates or Bachelors in a related field such as, Psychology, Social Work, counseling etc. (preferred)
