This role also partners with the Safety team on equipment LOTO audits and inspections. What You’ll Do • Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment trial runs • Complete accurate maintenance documentation and work orders • Report equipment issues and safety concerns • Support LOTO audits and inspections • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Work collaboratively to minimize production downtime Requirements What You’ll Need • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years in a manufacturing environment • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills • Ability to read technical and safety documentation • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CMMS preferred) • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and off shifts as needed
