Rewards for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer • $18.00 per hour + excellent weekly bonus for completed condition reports • Total annual compensation is $45k - $70k, based on performance • Great work schedule • Full benefits package • 401(k) with company match • Paid holidays • Paid time off (PTO) • Career growth opportunities Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer • Review vehicle inspection data and photographs to prepare detailed condition reports. • Identify damage, wear, and discrepancies using established guidelines and industry standards. • Ensure reports meet internal quality standards and client requirements. • Collaborate with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings as needed. • Submit accurate, professional reports in a timely manner to support vehicle sales, leasing, and valuation processes. • Complete 20 to 30 condition reports per day. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Work Hours for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer • Full-time (40 hours) • Monday - Friday • No nights or weekends Requirements Required Skills/Abilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer • Vehicle inspection or vehicle repair experience is preferred. • Strong written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and attention to detail. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to accurately interpret inspection data, photographs, and vehicle condition checklists. • Comfortable working with reporting software, digital platforms, and inspection systems. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and accuracy. • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Must have a good driving record. • High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Ability to climb, reach, bend, stoop, and get in and out of vehicles repeatedly. • Ability to use hands to handle, tag, and move equipment and vehicle-related items. • Ability to drive a variety of makes and models of vehicles. • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
