About the Role At Cinnabon @ Bluewater, we’re known for warm hospitality and freshly baked treats that keep guests coming back. As a Cinnabon Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering great service, preparing delicious menu items, and keeping the bakery clean, organized, and welcoming. This position is a great fit for both entry-level candidates and experienced team members. Responsibilities • Prepare and serve Cinnabon menu items according to brand standards • Provide friendly, attentive guest service in a welcoming environment • Take accurate orders and handle cash and card transactions • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures • Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with your team • Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs (Note: This is not intended to be a complete list of job functions.
