Responsibilities: • Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in the clinical settings. • Collaborate with course faculty and works closely with clinical coordinator. • Facilitate effective learning and critical thinking/reasoning during clinical while fostering a positive learning environment. • Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clinical agencies. • Monitors student progress with evaluations and grades care plans as assigned. Provides positive and constructive feedback if needed. Requirements Education • Master's degree in Nursing Required or • Bachelor's degree and enrolled in a master's level Nursing program or • Bachelor's degree and enrolled in or completed a nurse educator certificate program Licensure • Hold an unrestricted license to practice in Indiana. Experience • Prefer experience in secondary instruction.
