Position Summary for Registered Nurses (RN) The RN is a valued member of the nursing team responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan. This role supports residents in a designated care setting while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety. RNs also provide clinical oversight, coordination of care, and guidance to nursing assistants as appropriate.
