Description This is a great opportunity for an experienced MDS nurse seeking flexibility while staying engaged in meaningful work. Position Summary The MDS Nurse (RN) is responsible for the coordination and completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments in accordance with federal and state regulations. This role works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate documentation, appropriate reimbursement, and high-quality resident care outcomes.
