As an Associate Outpatient Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress. This role provides supervised clinical experience toward licensure and is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience, strong supervision, and the opportunity to build confidence in assessment, care coordination, and clinical decision-making. You will be eligible to receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus upon completion of your first 90 days of employment, provided you have an active Associate license at that time. If your Associate license is not active by your 90-day mark, the sign-on bonus will be paid on the first applicable pay period following confirmation that your license has become active.
