We're looking for a B2C Marketing Working Student / Intern to help us grow our consumer-facing talent side. You'll work directly with the founding team to build and execute marketing strategies that attract top talent to Clera's platform. This role is for you if • You're currently enrolled at a US university (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) or a recent graduate • You have a passion for B2C marketing and consumer growth • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • You think in experiments and want to see the impact of your work • You have strong written communication skills in English What you'll work on Consumer Growth & Acquisition • Help build and execute campaigns to attract talent to sign up on Clera's platform • Support paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other B2C channels • Analyze user acquisition funnels and suggest improvements Content & Social Media • Create engaging content for social media targeting job seekers and tech talent • Help manage and grow Clera's social media presence across platforms • Write blog posts, newsletters, and other content aimed at the US talent community Community & Engagement • Support community-building efforts to engage and retain talent on the platform • Help organize virtual events, webinars, and AMAs for the talent community • Gather and synthesize user feedback to improve the talent experience Analytics & Optimization • Track and report on key B2C metrics: signups, activation, engagement, referrals • Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and ad creatives • Use data to identify what's working and double down on winning channels What we offer • Flexible remote work from anywhere in the US • Direct mentorship from the founding team • Real ownership and impact—not busy work • Competitive intern compensation • A front-row seat to building a category-defining AI company
