You will work closely with project teams to solve complex go-to-market challenges and contribute directly to client deliverables. The Business Analyst career track includes promotion to Associate Consultant to Management Consultant and beyond for individuals looking to develop a rewarding, long-term career in consulting with Alexander Group. Responsibilities: • Analyze and prepare client data to support project objectives • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify insights and performance gaps • Build models to evaluate business scenarios and inform recommendations • Support client interviews, research and data collection efforts • Develop clear, client-ready slides and materials • Contribute to problem-solving, hypothesis development and solution design • Support day-to-day project execution, including tracking deliverables and timelines • Communicate findings to team members and client stakeholders Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or related field • Strong academic and professional track record • 0–3 years of relevant experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Technical & Analytical Skills • Familiarity with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus • Interest in applying data and technology to business and go-to-market challenges • Exposure to AI or analytics tools is helpful; ability to validate outputs and apply sound judgment is essential Additional Qualifications • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Willingness to travel (sometimes on short notice) EEO Employer.
