This role plays a key part in ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance throughout the facility. What You’ll Do • Perform CIP cleaning of filling machines and production equipment • Clean walls, floors, ceilings, vents, piping, and exterior equipment surfaces • Safely handle chemicals, sanitation tools, and steam-driven hot water hoses • Respond to sanitation emergencies including spills and tank cleaning • Operate ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and COP tanks • Perform chemical titrations and transport chemical drums as needed • Follow HACCP, GMP, PPE, and all food safety procedures • Complete sanitation documentation and maintain cleaning records • Participate in trainings, meetings, and team activities • Work independently while maintaining high sanitation standards • Other duties as assigned Requirements What You’ll Need • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision • Ability to communicate and follow directions in English • Ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and in physically demanding environments • Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • 1+ year of sanitation or cleaning experience preferred • Food processing sanitation or chemical handling experience preferred
