If you’re looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact—and feel supported while doing it—we’d love to connect. 💡 We invest in your time—leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care💡 Job Duties • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) • Support discharge planning and continuity of care Requirements • Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required. • Licensed in the State of Maryland to practice required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field. • LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical) • LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist) • LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) • LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor) • Licensed PhD/PsyD • Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset • CPR and BFA Certification required.
