Your Role as Tax Manager In this role, you will: • Serve as the lead advisor for a portfolio of business and individual clients. • Review complex tax returns, tax projections, and planning strategies. • Oversee client engagements, ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional service. • Mentor and develop Supervisors, Staff Accountants, and Interns. • Meet with clients throughout the year to provide tax planning and consulting services. • Analyze and respond to IRS and other tax authority notices. • Assist with business development, networking, and cultivating referral relationships. • Support firm initiatives, recruiting efforts, and team development.
