Smaller Caseloads. More Meaningful Patient Care. At Envision Hospice, we believe quality hospice care starts with giving our nurses the time and support they need to care for their patients. Our RNs manage a caseload of 10–12 patients, averaging 4–6 patient visits per day, depending on patient needs and acuity. Our approach is designed to help nurses focus on what matters most: managing symptoms, supporting families, coordinating individualized care, and ensuring patients receive compassionate care when they need it most. Why Join Envision Hospice? • Smaller patient caseloads: 10–12 patients per RN. • Patient-centered scheduling: Averaging 4–6 visits per day, depending on patient needs and acuity. • Geographically assigned caseloads: Designed to help reduce unnecessary travel. • Meaningful relationships: More opportunities to understand each patient's needs and support their families throughout the hospice journey. • $108,000–$130,000 annual salary, based on relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity • $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires, subject to established terms and conditions. • Mileage reimbursement for eligible business travel. • Benefits Package: Medical with HSA options, dental, vision, supplemental and life insurance. • Paid time off (PTO) equivalent to three weeks per yea • Six paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • Company-provided scrubs • Supportive team environment: Collaborative care focused on patient dignity, comfort, and quality of life. What You Can Expect in This Role You will provide comprehensive hospice nursing care in patients' homes, adult family homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. You will assess changing patient needs, coordinate individualized plans of care, manage symptoms, educate families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. This is a field-based nursing position requiring independent clinical judgment, effective care coordination, and travel to patient locations throughout your assigned territory. Who We're Looking For We welcome experienced hospice and home health RNs, as well as qualified nurses from relevant clinical settings who demonstrate strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine commitment to compassionate end-of-life care. Bring Your Nursing Skills to a Team That Cares Hospice nursing is about more than completing a task. It's about providing comfort, building trust, supporting families, and helping patients experience dignity and quality of life. If that kind of nursing speaks to you, we invite you to apply and learn more about joining Envision Hospice.
