Description Responsibilities: • Assist guests in choosing appropriate equipment including skis, snowboards, and boots • Perform general maintenance and safety inspections of all rental equipment • Ensure every guest is provided the appropriate equipment per their request • Provide exceptional customer service at all times • Present oneself in a professional manner at all times • Communicate with Guest Services to ensure guests receive needed equipment • Tune and wax ski and snowboard equipment to maintain high quality equipment • Set DINs and binding equipment according to manufacturer guidelines • Assist with other duties as needed Requirements Qualifications: • 16 years of age or older • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn rental shop specific software • Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills • Knowledge of skiing and snowboarding preferred Hours: • Hours of employment are dependent on business demands • Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability Starting Rate: $16/hr.
