Description Responsibilities: • Responsible for your own safety and the safety of your fellow employees and guests • Responsible for the safety of Bristol Mountain’s vehicles, equipment, infrastructure, and tools • Maintain and groom mountain skiing surfaces to finest level possible • Ability to learn how to operate all Bristol Mountain grooming equipment and basic mountain operations • Manual labor in other grooming and slope maintenance work • Maintain good working relationship and open communication with co-workers • Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: • Valid US driver's license with no restrictions • Must be at least 18 years of age • Able to climb on and off vehicles/heavy equipment frequently • Able to sit for extended periods of time (10 hrs.) while operating a snow cat • Season long commitment (November 2019 April 2020) Hours: • Hours of employment are dependent on business demands; overnight shifts required • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Starting Rate: $20.00/hr.
