Requirements Requirements: • Current MA certification in the state of WA. • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Minimum two years of medical office experience. • Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans. • Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills. • Strong telephone and customer service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
