Requirements What You'll Do as a Detailer/Delivery Technician: • Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery • Wash, vacuum, clean, and condition vehicles using appropriate products and equipment • Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers • Inspect vehicles throughout the detailing process and report any damage or concerns • Safely operate vacuums, steamers, hoses, buffers, polishers, carpet cleaners, and other detailing equipment • Properly use and maintain detailing products, tools, and equipment • Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time As a Performance Team Member, You Will: • Put the customer and others first • Ask for help and give help • Create smiles • Engage and build relationships • Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience preferred, but not required • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work • Ability to safely operate detailing tools and equipment • Experience with buffers, polishers, and carpet cleaning equipment preferred • Ability to work efficiently and complete assigned vehicles within expected timeframes • Ability to remain active and perform physical tasks throughout the workday • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
