We work exclusively with AWS Serverless products (Lambda, Step Functions, RDS Aurora). We’re obsessed with scaling without toil. We love AWS CDK. We really, really love it. We work in Typescript and a tiny amount of Python, but we try not to be precious about these things. Responsibilities • Design and build scalable, high-performance infrastructure. • Design architectures that allow both engineers and language models to quickly create, test, and deploy application code. • Create reliable monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform stability and performance • Mentor teammates and lead technical decision-making across the organization • Collaborate with AI and product teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions • Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation • Use codegen models to move 10x faster than you did two years ago About you • You love language models. • You have the patience to be rigorous. • You act like an owner in everything you do. • People tell you you pick things up unusually quickly. • You love the weird little details of life in our customer’s companies. • You care about your work and you care about moving fast.
